LP Agencies is a long-established distributor for disposable food packaging, catering disposables and sundries, cleaning and hygiene products, as well as foodstuffs. Our business aim is to reliably and continually provide a professional service offering customers what they want when they want it.
We serve a wide range of hospitality, food processing and foodservice customers including caterers, fast-food outlets, coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, food manufacturers and pre-packers, event organisers, stadiums, supermarkets, canteens, office blocks, schools, churches, home industries, as well as wholesalers and distributors.

Returns
We will accept return of goods sold only if they are in saleable condition in all respects, are still a stock item, alternatively the manufacturer is prepared to accept its return, and notification is received within 7 days of receipt. There may under certain circumstances be a 10% handling charge levied. Delivery staff are not able to accept or make decisions about returns without prior management authorisation.
Value Added Tax
We are required to charge and withhold the applicable VAT for orders emanating from and to be delivered within South Africa. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
